I had a consultation with the chief director at the time in 2018. I was recommended the buried suture method and got the sense that he preferred creating a natural-looking line. I liked the overall hospital atmosphere and booked on the spot, but I ended up booking at another hospital and asked for my deposit to be refunded. The response here was awful. Even though the deposit was guaranteed to be refundable, the director got annoyed and delayed the refund, so this hospital left a bad memory.
