At the time, the director recommended 350, but I wanted something natural, so I got 315. I regret it. Go as large as possible. My underarm scar was extremely severe, but even after 3 years they stitched it up again for free. After the revision, I went to another general hospital and got a tiny amount of radiation treatment, and it improved a lot. Even though the manager in charge changed, they managed things well. I think not abandoning patients and being systematic is a big advantage of a large hospital.
