Even though I had made a reservation, I waited like crazy.. I think I waited about an hour and a half? Since it was a large hospital, there were so many people it felt like a crowded market and I was completely overwhelmed. There were really so many Chinese patients and so many people who had already had surgery.. so I felt like I, as one person, wasn’t very important. It was the first hospital I went to for consultation, and instead of explaining other things, the manager just kept pushing Motiva implants and pushing me to make a reservation, which was way too much.. I couldn’t even hear the other explanations. Director Lee Yoo-jeong spoke very calmly and softly, but it wasn’t the kind of impression that really pulled me in.
