I did it 10 years ago when I was young and knew nothing, at a large hospital. It was a paid doctor whose name wasn’t even clear, and I didn’t have side effects like capsular contracture, but he made the bridge of my nose too high, so I was dissatisfied. It’s almost impossible to get another consultation there, so I’d avoid big hospitals..
