Since it's a large hospital, it has the typical plastic surgery feel of talking longer with the consulting manager. The reason I gave the doctor a friendliness score of 3 is because, judging from the atmosphere before other people's surgeries, it seemed like they were having comfortable conversations. I wanted to share more specialized knowledge and have the design planned that way, but I thought there wasn't enough of that kind of conversation.
