Even though I made a reservation and arrived on time, I couldn't meet the doctor because they said he was in surgery. I couldn't meet another doctor either because that doctor was also in surgery. If that's the case, why is there even a reservation system...? As a silver lining, I met an older consultation manager who was cheerful and kind, so I more or less forgave it, but with the consultation being pushed at a huge factory-style hospital and too many foreign clients, I just decided not to go back.
