I went to the first clinic for my consultation, so I went in kind of dazed. I really regret it. As soon as I walked in, they made me take off my bangs, take off my glasses if I had them on, and take photos. Then during the consultation with the manager, because I didn’t have enough tension to squeeze my eyes, my pupils looked 30% when I had to strain them to look like 50%, and since I tend to open my eyes using my forehead, they recommended incisional surgery + epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction. After that, I waited 30 minutes just to see the doctor, and when I finally got the consultation, for about 3 minutes he just recited what I had told the manager like a parrot, then asked, “Do you have any questions?” I was a first-time patient and couldn’t even properly say the questions I had prepared, so when I just stood there, he went out with an “okay, then please leave” attitude. Afterward I had one more consultation with the manager, and there was a bit of pressure to book that day. They said they’d check for a better discount so I should leave a deposit and reserve, and I was like, what is this? So I said that was enough and left.
