Maybe because it's a large hospital, the consultation time was really shortㅠ Still, the doctor spoke in a calm and kind tone. Rather than giving a detailed explanation, he briefly explained things with an overall image in mind. It doesn't seem like they do many surgeries in a day either, and there are a lot of people, so I don't think you can expect the same level of focus as at a private clinic.
