I got a consultation for a low nose surgery. I showed them the nose image I wanted, but they said I didn't have enough septal cartilage, so they would have to use rib cartilage at the tip of the nose. They would shave down the dorsal hump and use silicone for the bridge. There was a bit of a wait, but both the consultation manager and the director were kind.
