I went for a consultation for the first time, and because it was a factory-style hospital, I had to wait a long time for the consultation, and it ended quickly compared to how long I waited. The male manager who handled the consultation was rude. Also, it felt like they were not doing surgery customized to each individual, but rather following a manual, so it was hard to gain trust.
