I had surgery in December 2015. At the time, I had hump nose surgery and eye correction surgery (including pinning from the original line). Even now, nearly 10 years later, my eye shape has remained without side effects, and because the line was pinched from the original line, it doesn't look unnatural either. There isn't even a red line. My eyes went from sleepy to clear, so I really like them. Because the nose was done with autologous ear cartilage, the tip gradually sagged over time. There were so many rumors and reviews saying a nose doesn't end with just one surgery, so since a lot of time had passed, I just accepted it. But when the hump shape I had always disliked showed up again, I decided on revision surgery and made a consultation appointment. They looked at my nose shape by comparing it with old photos and said I didn't really need to do it. Then about two years after that consultation, I just had a nose revision at another hospital. The nose and eyes I had surgery on back then were very natural and I liked them a lot (my eye swelling was worse than other people because I kept vomiting right after surgery due to side effects from sleep anesthesia, probably because I was extremely thin at the time, but over time it went down and became natural). It seems that unless you use silicone or rib cartilage, the nose does tend to sink over time.. However, I was pursuing a natural look, so I still don't use silicone. Apart from the unavoidable long-term issues, it was a surgery I still liked even now. However, it was a factory-style hospital and they were so busy that when I went back a few years ago for a nose consultation, the director kept trying to tell me it wasn't really necessary.. Because of that, I chose another hospital for the nose revision. I know they are busy and good at what they do, but I wish the consultation had been a little kinder and more thorough.
