There wasn't much waiting, which was really nice. Even if you make a reservation and go these days, waiting an hour is standard, but I was so happy that I didn't wait that long! They also explained the basic function of the nose and other added details together, which made it easy to understand. Rather than telling me everything, I liked that they explained only the necessary parts. And they seem to prefer a natural result, but judging from other reviews, it's a bit fifty-fifty, so I'm torn.
