앤플러스 — Review

I’m leaving this review hoping there won’t be any more victims like me. Please use this as a reference if you’re going for a consultation. This is a review about service quality. It was written for public interest, and I have no intention of slander. [The app event has ended. They won’t do it at that price!!!!!] I went to my consultation on time, but because someone else’s consultation overlapped, I waited an hour. The director’s consultation? It ended in 30 seconds, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won… If the consultation had been detailed, I wouldn’t have been angry, but even the consultation was…. just a single poke at my nose and that was it. It was so lacking in explanation that I ended up asking the manager about the detailed surgery method. (Is that even right?) Before I could even ask detailed questions, the director told me to think about it and sent me back outside. 30-second consultation + 1-hour wait What's more, the clinic didn’t even properly know about the event listed in the app, so they tried to charge me 1.1 million won for alar reduction (the event price was 690,000 won). When I asked about it, they said when would I be having surgery, that the event had ended (then why did they leave the event up so prominently on ㅂㅂㅌ and ㄱㄴㅇㄴ?), and that if I was planning to have surgery a month later, the event wouldn’t apply. Then I asked why they didn’t just take down the app event banner, and they said they couldn’t remove the event banner. (What is that..) Other clinics will honor the event price if you set a surgery date and leave a deposit, but this was my first time seeing a place like this. I applied for the event through the app, got a call from the clinic, set a date, and went for the consultation... and now they say the event is over. I came all the way from Incheon, so shouldn’t they at least have informed me by phone?^^ They even said that because it was alar reduction surgery, the event review photos had to show the eyes too. It just felt like they didn’t want to honor the event price. I took time off work and wasted both money and time..ㅠ What do they take the customer’s money and time for..? The clinic’s service is disappointing.
