There was no waiting time, and since I've had rhinitis since I was young, I thought I should go somewhere with an ENT specialist, so I did my research and went. There were people waiting for surgery, and people who had already had surgery and came back for aftercare. Maybe because they were busy, I didn't get as detailed an explanation as I had expected, but the director was still kind! The manager also explained each thing to me without me even having to ask.
