I went to this clinic because it specializes in ENT. It seemed to pursue a natural line, and when I went in after getting a CT scan, they immediately told me about my deviated septum and rhinitis. They said there was no need to go straight to costal cartilage on the first surgery, and that they would use the septum and ear cartilage instead, and recommended a 3 to 4 mm silicone bridge. They are definitely very professional from the ENT side, but I wasn't sure about the aesthetic side, so I didn't leave a deposit.
