I consulted because the director had worked at a clinic with a strong reputation for nose surgery, and as someone with lots of experience, he really was different. It felt like he could handle even extremely difficult nose surgery without a problem. But the manager saying the discount would only be given if I placed a deposit today was a bit off-putting.
