I kept postponing the consultation date on KakaoTalk, but the staff at the front desk never got annoyed and just said it was fine and rebooked it for me, so I felt really sorry about that. It was raining and it was morning, so I thought there wouldn't be many people, but there were quite a lot, though the wait wasn't long. The director seemed to have a firm philosophy about safety, but said they would match it as much as possible. Very kind.
