I recently visited for a rhinoplasty revision. I had side effects from the existing L-shaped silicone implant, including silicone protrusion and a crooked nasal bridge. The doctor explained everything step by step and I felt trust in him. In the end, I was recommended full removal and another surgery three months later with autologous costal cartilage. If I go through with revision using my own rib cartilage, I’ll probably have it done at this hospital.
