I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery, and the staff and manager were very kind. The director’s consultation was done while showing me the CT scan, and it was my first time going in for a revision consultation, so I hadn’t prepared what kinds of questions to ask, so I don’t remember it very well, but the consultation was very special. He explained professionally by saying things like, “This can’t be done,” and “There may be room for improvement here.” It wasn’t dramatic, more like a natural style.
