The doctor was funny and nice, but I felt like he was getting faster and faster toward the end.. Still, he kept asking if I had any questions. He only looked at my CT scan and didn't check inside my nose. He also did a virtual cosmetic simulation in Photoshop. I wish the explanation had been a little more detailed, but he did answer everything I asked and explained it with photo examples. The surgical method didn't quite suit me, so I'm not sure if I'll go through with it. As for the manager, just like other people said, she had a blank expression, was mechanical, and only said what was absolutely necessary. I wasn't offended at all~ I do like the aftercare.
