I went because I heard he was a famous expert who can save an extremely difficult nose. I had a CT scan done, and while looking at the CT images he talked about correcting the functional issues. He also took photos of my nose with a camera and edited them in Photoshop while discussing the cosmetic side of the surgery. He said it could be done without implants, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and suggested doing functional work too, like osteotomy, improving the curvature, and incising the inferior turbinate. The consultation manager was a bit robot-like, but they do respond to requests right away! They also do blood tests, so it feels systematic and I don’t think it would go badly if I had surgery here. But it’s so natural that I’m worried whether I’d be satisfied aesthetically ㅜㅜ
