First nose surgery Osteotomy + tip I’m a little disappointed that the tip turned out rounder than I expected, but it does look that much more natural. They generally don’t recommend silicone, so I was thinking about raising the bridge too, but they were against it and I ended up doing only the tip. It’s a little disappointing, but if I think about the future, making it natural seems fine. I think it would suit people who want a natural look.
