I heard they were good at consultations, and they really were kind. But maybe because they were busy, they sent me out to talk to the consultation manager about the rest before I could even ask everything I wanted, which was a bit disappointing. They took photos during the conversation and gave me a rough idea of the surgery direction. They talked about lowering the columella under general anesthesia, incising the alar area, and so on, but what was different from other clinics was that they also mentioned osteotomy of the bridge. As for osteotomy... I honestly hadn't even considered that, so I was a bit startled, but it seems like it can be omitted if I say I don't want it. It seems like a good point that functional surgery is also possible. I couldn't find many before-and-after photos, so it was hard to compare. The consultation wasn't bad, so it seems worth considering.
