Overall, the hospital felt clean and the staff were friendly. I focused on hump-nose correction during the consultation, and since the bridge itself isn't low, they said osteotomy + no implant, and for the tip they would use septal cartilage, with ear cartilage if needed. Cases like mine seem to have almost the same surgical method. That said, osteotomy is a bit scary, but since the hump is quite severe, I guess it can't be helped. The inside of my nose is also very crooked, so if they correct it functionally at the same time, insurance reimbursement is possible. I went in hearing that the surgery cost was expensive, but if I get reimbursed, it seems reasonable. I'm comparing with other clinics, so for now I left a deposit. +) They reply quickly on KakaoTalk, so I can ask questions right away.
