Only the doctor here is really kind and explains things well. The staff members, including the front desk staff, generally feel very stiff and emotionless. The manager is the same. They just say what they need to say, very matter-of-factly. There is not even 1% warmth. Honestly, this seems like a place where people get surgery only because of the doctor.
