I currently have 5-6 mm silicone in my nose and I'm looking into revision surgery because I'm not satisfied with the shape. The septum doesn't seem large or strong, so he said to use autologous costal cartilage, alar reduction, remove scar tissue if present, lower the nostrils, and osteotomy if needed.
