I had an appointment for 9:30 a.m., but the traffic was so bad that I called and said I’d probably be about 15 minutes late. They said I would have to cancel the consultation, so I pleaded and begged and managed to get them to let me wait for 2 hours ㅠ I came from the provinces, so there was no other way.. Around 11, I had a consultation with the director, and he was kind, but the consultation manager was a little scary.
