The director also has a personality that tries to meet the patient's needs as much as possible. In the consultation, the director said no to osteotomy for the nose bone, and suggested building the bridge by grinding autologous costal cartilage and wrapping it in fascia. But I was so sick of my crooked nose that I asked for osteotomy, and they said if that's what I wanted, they could do it. I also asked for silicone for the bridge because I don't like the variability of resorption, and they said they could do that too if I wanted... But judging from their expression, it felt like if I followed my requests, the result might not be satisfying. If I followed the director's advice and did a non-osteotomy procedure with costal cartilage for the bridge, I was still anxious about whether the asymmetry would be corrected, so I'm still holding off on choosing a hospital. Since the doctor is an ENT specialist, I do feel confident about the rhinitis surgery. I remember the rhinitis surgery cost was 140, but I think I could get about 100 reimbursed.
