I was surprised that the director had an incredible amount of specialized knowledge about noses. He told me everything, not just the parts I was curious about, but also things I had missed. The head doctor gave consultations with exactly the same impression as in the YouTube videos, haha, and even the way he spoke was the same, so it felt oddly familiar. It definitely felt like a specialized clinic that only does noses, because the doctor was finding nasal photos and showing them to me, and I was surprised at how many photos there were. He clearly seems to prioritize operating safely first, so he recommends non-implant surgery a lot. I couldn't have a long consultation because he had surgery afterward, but I'm considering a second consultation to see whether silicone can be used.
