I was a little surprised because it was a diagnosis I had never heard before. I visited after going around to many places for nose consultations, and they said that since my nasal bridge is high, they would just slightly fill the bridge with fascia behind the ear, do osteotomy, and raise the tip with septal and ear cartilage, going all autologous without an implant. They didn't even take a CT; they just felt my nose by hand, and I wondered how they could say the amount of septal cartilage was enough to raise the tip with septal cartilage. I went there because it was supposed to be a nose specialty clinic, but I wondered why they charge 10,000 won for a consultation. As for the consultation manager, it seemed like they could just not use one and instead seat an AI that repeats the same thing, and that would be fine too. They just rattled off the prepared lines and didn't try to hold me at all.
