First of all, the director is super friendly and nice, and since they recommend no-implant surgery and seem safety-first, that felt good. The manager was kind and gave me a very clear consultation, so that part was good. But the idea of no implants is unfamiliar, and even though I understand it, I’m still a bit torn.. I’m not sure about the surgery.
