Both the head doctor and the manager were kind, and it was a really good-looking hospital because the doctor clearly seemed confident. I was glad they showed me the post-surgery nose look with Photoshop, and they showed me a lot of photos of patients with cases similar to mine. It felt professional, which I liked, and they answered all my questions well. The explanation of the surgery method was a bit hard to understand.
