First of all, I have rhinitis, so I looked for a place that does both functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty well. Cobius was famous, so I went for a consultation, and after that consultation I canceled all the other clinics. The doctor was extremely kind... The price was very expensive for a first surgery, but there was no overtreatment, and I liked the result after surgery, so I think it was better than going somewhere else cheaply and then suffering through a revision. The upper part of the nose was shaped with osteotomy, and when they opened the nose, the septum alone was enough, so they used the septum for the nasal tip and raised it. The blunt nasal tip was my complex, so that was why I had surgery, and the tip came up beautifully. It's now 10 months later, the swelling is almost gone, and even the initial straight pinch on the nostrils has settled nicely. If I had to name something I don't like, it would be that the nasal tip was set a bit too long...? Or maybe a little droopy. On days when I laugh too much, the skin at the nasal tip feels a bit tight. I'll keep watching it, and if it seems to get worse, I'll go back to the clinic. But the aftercare period is a generous three years... that's good too.
