First of all, both the manager and the director were kindly enough that it did not feel burdensome. I liked that they did not push CT scans or force me to leave a deposit. Also, there was no model use, no review-event discount, and the fact that there is a 3-year A/S period was satisfying. The downside is that there are not many surgical reviews, so it was hard to find a case with my nose shape.
