I consulted about my nose. What I felt during the consultation was that the director seemed to have a design he insisted on, which worried me.. I want it to look natural and not obvious. There were a lot of male clients, and for revision cases they recommended autologous costal cartilage for the chest, so I put it on hold. They said my ears are small, so it would be difficult, but my ears are small and my nose is small too, so that was disappointing.
