If you’re even 10 minutes, or even 1 minute, late, they just dismiss you and won’t do the consultation at all. I drove over an hour to get here, and I said beforehand that I might be a little late, but they said no because they go strictly by the rules and kicked me out while standing up from their seat ^^^..... (They should train their staff better) I came with high expectations, but if they mess up after surgery, I figured it would be like this too, so I was disappointed but skipped it
