I didn’t want to lower the columella, but they said that if they removed a little and reduced the alar width, it would look better. From the review posts, it seems they have an aesthetic standard for the alar width; they said the same to me. There was absolutely no aggressive sales pitch, and even without a CT they seemed good at assessing it. They even asked me whether I really wanted to do the nose, since it might not need it. The director was kind and safety-first, and gave me a lot of confidence. They do not do closed rhinoplasty, only open surgery ㅠㅜ I ended up not making a final decision because I didn’t want open surgery, but I wanted to do it here. Since it was my first surgery, they said they’d deduct 800,000 won with the same-day discount.
