Compared with other hospitals, when I had a consultation, it felt like they looked at my nose very carefully~ even inside the nose. Overall, they looked at my face in a way that felt natural rather than artificial, and I felt that they paid a lot of attention to safety. With the virtual simulation, I was able to get a rough sense of what I would look like after surgery. Instead of trying to rush through the consultation, they explained everything and then left some time before waiting to see if I had any more questions, and I felt that part was considerate.
