I kept thinking about it, and this time I came back for another consultation, and they told me to get a surgery to reduce the nasal bone? and to add only cartilage without silicone. So I wondered why the surgical method changed... (my nose is still natural right now) and the price of 4.2 million includes a friend discount + rhinitis surgery. But I think I might end up getting it done here next week.
