When I got off the elevator, the desk was right there, which made me a little embarrassed, but the staff welcomed me kindly. I visited on a weekday and arrived almost exactly at my appointment time, so the wait wasn’t long. They took photos, filled out my chart, I had a brief meeting with the manager? and then I think I met the doctor right away. What I felt was that they tried to understand everything as much as possible from the patient’s point of view and accept those parts, ,, it felt warm. They explained the methods and process well, and the manager separately filled in the missing parts so I didn’t leave feeling uneasy! It was my first consultation, and that it was so helpful was a big deal for me.
