If you're worried about a bulbous nose, I recommend getting a consultation here. Rather than just recommending alar reduction or a bunch of other things because it's a bulbous nose, they looked at the condition of my nose and suggested the right methods for me, explaining everything well. I also liked that I could check the changed look in Photoshop. I had been a little hesitant about going because this clinic prefers a natural look over a flashy one, but they designed something that suits my facial balance, and even though it looked more natural than I expected, I think my bulbous nose can still be improved, so I'm planning to set a surgery date here soon.
