2 years ago I had only the tip of my nose done here without an implant, and in the end I’m not 100% satisfied, but I am satisfied. It was my first surgery, and I put safety first above all else, so if there was even a slightly worrying review I excluded it from my list (including blacklisted places). I live in the provinces, so I didn’t have much time, and this was the second or maybe the last place I went for a consultation after making a shortlist of three. Just as the reviews said, the manager was an angel, and the doctor was cynical. He seemed a little bothered, but he answered everything I asked. On the other hand, his own style is very clear, so I think only people who match him should go ahead with surgery. This place is not about a glamorous look, but more on the natural side. The surgery itself is very FM-style, and aside from having a thick, fleshy nose, my nose was in pretty good shape, so at first the doctor discouraged me. He said I probably didn’t need it and that even if I did it, the difference would be really small. Looking back now, there isn’t a big difference from the front even though I had osteotomy, but I’m very satisfied. I dislike overdoing things and unnecessary procedures, so I’d recommend somewhere else to people who want a flashy nose. The first place I visited said they might use autologous dermis, but here they said they would use ear cartilage and the septum, which I liked more.
