I consulted about a bulbous nose, a hump nose, and alar reduction. For function, I was advised to have surgery for the inferior turbinate, rhinitis, and septum. For aesthetics, I was advised to have surgery for the hump, nose tip with septal cartilage, 1-2 mm between the brows, ear, dermis, and osteotomy. For the nose tip, they decided to use septal cartilage +/- ear cartilage. I like a straight nose shape, so I decided on that. Still looking at other places.
