I went at the appointed time, but I had to wait way too long. I think I waited over an hour. It was my first consultation while scouting places, and maybe the previous surgery there ran long, so it took forever. The manager was kind, and I went because I liked the before-and-after photos, but anyway I was already in a bad mood because of the wait when I had the consultation. As soon as the director came in, I said I had to leave at a certain time because of my next consultation, and it felt like, since I had to leave quickly, he was thinking, how am I supposed to explain this.. From that point on I just thought I wouldn't do it here. I was annoyed that they didn't seem to consider the time I had waited and that they acted like it was my fault for saying that ㅠ I just spoke quickly and left. Consultation was over in 5 minutes.
