First of all, the doctor isn't very friendly, but they explain the possible cases and how to respond to them. They sum things up well at the end. The consultation manager's voice was good from the time I called to make the appointment, and they handled me well. They should be paid a lot. The consultation explanations I couldn't understand were all organized by the consultation manager.
