They showed me photos while explaining and said I needed a double-line fixation. The chief doctor seemed very confident. He said it would be possible without creating a double crease, and that by lowering the front part it could be done as an in-out line. The chief doctor explained everything kindly and comfortably. I heard the surgery time is very fast, so that made me hesitate a bit.
