The consultation was so unfriendly. I brought in a question sheet and detailed notes about all the surgeries I'd had and the recovery, based on another review I read, and showed them, but the moment they saw it they said, "Are you here to get surgery or just to ask around?" and didn't answer a single question. They say they do answer questions well, but not one thing was explained. When they saw the surgeries I'd had, they only said, "So that's why your eyes became extreme." But shouldn't they need to know why the current surgical result came out the way it did in order to know whether an early revision would work well... They just brushed it off and said, "There's lid lag." That's all. Without explaining anything about issues like whether there is overcorrection now or that the eye-opening correction needs to be released, they just said to have surgery today. Have surgery first thing this morning. That's literally all I heard. Maybe the times they work hard to explain things are when they think there is a chance of surgery and it will bring in money. Doing two points of eyelid correction release in an hour is really profitable. If they do early revision, then if I'm unhappy, there's nothing I can do, I guess.
