The director was kind, and the consultation manager was kind too, so I liked it. Two years after the surgery, I came back because it seemed like a small problem had come up, and they explained it well and were willing to help right away, which put me at ease. During the pre-surgery consultation, they also explained the procedure well, and there was no waiting, which was nice. I had a forehead lift and reduction together, and on top of that I also had lower-face fat removal, so I don’t really remember the cost clearly and just wrote it down roughly ㅠㅠ
