They recommended bridge / tip, septal extension, and nostril reduction. I was glad there was an anesthesiologist there. The doctor was neither especially kind nor unkind, and explained exactly which parts he thought needed surgery and which materials to use. But the surgical methods he mentioned were different from what the other hospitals had said (the other two recommended the columellar strut method), and one place said to bring the tip out a bit more, but here he said since the tip is already higher than the bridge, we should leave it as is and instead recommend nostril reduction. The aesthetic standards were different and the price also became way too high, so I started to doubt whether the diagnosis was accurate. But the consultation manager was professional, explained the parts I was worried about well, and showed me before-and-after surgery cases, where the difference seemed clearly visible.
