First of all, the material for the aristocrat surgery wasn't what I had in mind, so I decided not to do the aristocrat surgery. But I didn't want to use an implant, so I had always preferred no-implant, but they kept telling me to use an implant. There was a difference in opinion, so I decided not to go ahead with the surgery. Still, the surgery cost was about the same whether it was silicone or no implant.
